A graduate of the Istituto Andrea Fantoni in Clusone in 1982, he began his career in 1983 as a trainee accountant at a leading accounting firm in Bergamo; upon special assignment from the firm, he began to provide onsite advisory services for several designated clients. In 1991, he formed the Studio Tomasoni providing accounting, fiscal and tax-related services. He broadened his expertise over the years to include social security and management control services for small- and medium-sized companies.

A graduate of the Università degli Studi of Bergamo in 1994 and registered with the Certified Auditors and Accounting Professionals of Bergamo, he began his career with a multinational firm (Electrolux Zanussi), gaining experience in roles of increasing responsibility in a variety of areas, including administration, finance, management control, logistics, after-sales service, commercial operations and sales. After working for several years, including stints abroad, he continued his experience in a business advisory role for medium to large Italian companies in a variety of industries. In 2010, he decided to focus exclusively on providing advisory services for small and medium-small firms by leveraging his experience from working for large companies in Italy and abroad.

After earning his degree from the Istituto Andrea Fantoni of Clusone in 2005, he started work as a bookkeeper for a leading construction materials firm, followed by a stint in 2006 as warehouse accounting and billing manager for a large company in the mechanical industry. In 2007, he was hired by Studio Tomasoni of Castione della Presolana as an accounting clerk, and joined Regolo.2 in 2015
Marcello Violani
Partner
With a degree from the Università degli Studi of Rome and registered with the Certified Auditors and Accounting Professionals of Bergamo, he worked in public administration in a variety of roles for 25 years, earning managerial qualifications and gaining deep experience and knowledge in social security matters. In 1987, he started working as a freelance certified accountant in Bergamo, providing advisory services for fiscal, corporate, business and social security matters. Over the years, he has also developed expertise in tax litigation and auditing, including as a member of various auditing boards.

Gianluca Pozzi

A graduate of the Università degli Studi of Bergamo, his career began while he was still a student at the university, working side by side with senior consultants in the field of management consulting and management control systems, acquiring experience directly “in the field”, always in contact with the real situation of Micro and Small and Medium-size enterprises, in both the manufacturing and service sectors. He expanded his skills and, on the strength of his 10 years of experience, taught training courses for prestigious organisations in the Lombardy region and for corporate training companies in his areas of specialisation (management control systems, industrial accounting, analysis of company finances). Having always worked in the area of SMEs has allowed him to develop and perfect management control techniques and methods that can also be implemented, even gradually, at companies that want to develop their own “internal control system” or improve it.
